Summary of Responsibilities:

Facilitate the implementation of Sales & Marketing plan
Assist in analyzing monthly sales record and provide any proper action to reach the goal
Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operation
Outlet visiting within the city and/or throughout the provinces
Assist sales team to executive marketing plan to achieve sales target
Assisting S&O Manager regularly to review & revision on department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
To implement marketing strategy at POS
Propose and implement advertising, promotional programs, and public relation events
Handle complaints and problems from customers, ensure that all claims are in line with company policy company objectives
Research market demand and industry competitors
Lead a team of Retail Supervisor to consistently improve the operation standards
Other tasks assigned by the General Manager/C.O.O

Summary of Requirement:

Minimum 3-5 years working experience in departmental-store/chained-retail/retail-boutique environment;
Strong understanding in general merchandising, inventory status and importance of stock-aging;
Strong analytical skills in studying, managing, analyzing and further-develop from the Sales Data;
Strong ability to study, analyze, improvise and produce recommendation for improvement;
Strong Communication, Time Management & Problem-Solving Skills;
Strong computer skills in MS Office, Internet & Email;
Strong Leadership skill and ability to manage a team of Subordinates;
Good general knowledge towards current retail market development and its environment;
Good exposure and experience in Home-Fashion/Fashion-Apparel’s Retail Industries will be an added advantage;
Good knowledge and experience with Shopping Mall’s management, Departmental-Store’s policy will be an added advantage;
Good command in both Khmer & English language is essential;
To perform other duties as assigned related to Sales & Operation works;
